Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours prior to check in time in order to qualify for a full refund.  If a cancellations notice is given with less than 24 hours notice; a 50% refund will be provided.

All refunds will be charged at 3% surcharge on the amount being refunded in order to account for processing fees associated with completing the refund.

Pets are allowed to stay at the Pembroke Inn.  A $25/night fee will apply to all pets.
